Thank you! In recovery from trauma work, we focus on this quite a lot: "what Can you do (or allow yourself to Not do) in this moment?" This can bring calm in the groundlessness because honestly, "out of control" can be terrifying for trauma survivors gor whom so much was out if their control and led to hurt or pain.
Here's to discernment of potential safety in the moment, to accepting groundlessness is also impermanent and to bringing ourselves to this moment. 🙏
