Hi Vipul! Hope you're doing well! Grateful for your question :) From my understanding, your question is specifically geared towards schools. I have a limited understanding in that sphere, but I have come across broad methodologies that have explored this more expansive approach to growth- Waldorf Schools being leaders towards mainstream, but also Krishnamurti schools, as well as a new class of schools similar to this one in Bali -

Outside of the educational sphere, Martin Seligman at UPenn is doing interesting research on this topic and the field of Holistic Management, started by Allan Savory has also been quite pioneering. Hope that helps!

Well, we are in the world that cats or dogs don't talk.
We use these stories to tell children. So are we children or it has got other meanings?
People these days can abuse you in indirect way.
How do you want us to trust you when you said a cat talked to the BBC.
Or you want little glory......thanks for making us smile
