Thank you for unpacking trauma and epigenetics, as a survivor of multiple traumas including formative years impacted by my dad's 5 suicide attempts, my own childhood sexual trauma, and ancestral trauma (my great great grandfather escaped County Claire Ireland on one of the last famine ships) this interview especially interests me. I have taken my trauma, worked through it, studied Narrative Therapy techniques and now share tools to assist others in recovery from trauma workshops. Deeply grateful for the ongoing healing journey and for the deepening study of epigenetics and the light it shines on better understanding of the impacts of trauma generationally and personally.
