I love how we are being drawn to read books and share discussions on rewilding, forest bathing, trees and the natural world. In our retreats we also bring peoples attention to geomancy or how the natural landscape is speaking to us. That is an interesting thing to notice as the earth energies in every area are different and the earth is speaking to us through patterns and configurations. We have dragon energies on our land. They can be seen in the hills or back of the dragon rising, in rock forms or wood dragons and will repeat over and over in the landscape. Dragon energy is about metamorphosis and manifestation and that is the theme of our retreats. It is like the land has called us to echo its story. Notice what you notice and the repetitive theme of the land you are walking. River beds can be serpents, trees and rocks can take the form of portals or gateways to other realms. They can grow as twins triplets or even quintuplets or look like corkscrews when on high energy areas like vortices. There can be deep holes leading into the earth. There can also be signs of past human history like rock cairns or human pathways or animal beds or evidence of food gathering like turned over rocks or bones. There is so much to discover and dream about and journal which will lead you to a more wholeistic appreciation and personal discoveries of your place in the wilderness.
