Thank you so much! As the daughter of a father who died from a massive coronary when he was 47, I concur that so much of his disease was due to severe emotional stress and distress. Knowing that solid emotional support along with other lifestyle changes can indeed increase our chances of living even with a family history of heart disease is uplifting.
