I am definitely guilty of this. What made me change my focus was reading James Clears Atomic Habits which differentiated movement from action. Movement is being busy all the time without getting anywhere, while action is moving forward on things that matter.
So now trying to focus on less movement and more action, which leaves time and head space for slowing down.
