The problem with bringing extroverts into discussions is not (only) that they're too eager to interrupt with little dominance displays to pay attention to what others are saying. It's that their brains lack the wiring to *process* what others are saying accurately.
Of course, with current social issues online, the problem isn't even neurological defects. It's that although the Internet has been a way for everyone to connect and share ideas, it is inherently suited to become more of a way for a few people to isolate, censor, oppress, and harass other people. And that's what some corporations are trying to make the'Net now.
