Thank you for this! One of my practices is to revel in the amazing of every day seemingly small things such as, sight: oh my gosh, I can see! What do I see right now? Oh my gosh, I can hear, what am I hearing right now? Oh my gosh, my hands can touch? What can they touch and appreciate right now? These seemingly small awarenesses bring not only gratitude, but also bring me completely present in the moment. Ah, yes! And breathing! How lucky we are! Hugs from my heart to yours, Kristin
