I too am an avid walker. As an anonemoose monk I spend hours during the week walking along my "thin place trails" nearby. I have walked thusly since childhood. I would add here that sometimes the stopping can be as creative as the walking. Robert Frost is my favorite poet, he spoke a lot about walking and stopping -- Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening and others come to mind. }:- ❤️
