Thank you for sharing part of your journey and what works for you. I agree with the grace and mercy and oh yes, compassion. Depression has given me those gifts too. And yes, to maintaining routine, that helps me so much as well. I love how you call yourself a "wounded healer" me too. After all, as Leonard Cohen said, "the cracks are where the light gets in." <3 <3 <3 <3
