Recommending mindful use of technology is important but what is not mentioned here is the addictive nature of the technology itself - how it is interacts with neural pathways, affects dopamine levels, rewires the cerebral cortex and more to create an addicted and steady stream of tech consumers. More significantly, there is ample peer reviewed science showing that the electromagnetic frequencies produced by WiFi, iPads, cell phones and all non-wired devices have very real and harmful effects on our bodies and minds, which may explain the Korean workers' different energy levels when with and without their phones.
