The toaster doesn't have aluminum in contact with the toast- that would be the only significant long-term health risk from it. (I haven't looked at the prints for these, but I can't imagine any decent engineer would use aluminum wire for the "racks" and supports, stainless steel is the material of choice, for good reasons. Aluminum toxicity is largely due to its salts, just as chromium and others, not its elemental or most alloyed forms.
Unless you lick the toaster shell when it's hot...
The traditional insulators are mica, an aluminum-rich NATURALLY-OCCURRING mineral of very low toxicity until heated far more aggressively than a toaster would, and only under certain conditions of exposure. Unless there's been a huge outcry against vermiculite in potting soil I've never heard about...
