If you don't know what's going on in your mind, you and those and around you are potentially in danger. Staying conscious in a state of unconditional acceptance is very hard. It is part of being a healthy person, much the same as eating well, exercising, etc. How one does that is less important than whether or not we choose to stay awake/conscious. Thomas Marino
