These responses are from the most ignorant and self-serving part of our society. Is there a conspiracy ? No. Only in the minds of debased people. The only aliens that I know of is the people that I see around me; they are complex; diverse and unfathomable they are and can be the only aliens that exist. Pictures are what they are, interpret them in any way but don't humiliate your self by looking at them and say that you see a ghost.Anything that the mind can create is real. It only takes a matter of effort and time to show it to others. Good luck educating yourselves at other peoples expense. Take it for what it's worth. (....to you).
