I'm thinking about your message to your daughter about better to be kind than right. I understand what you mean and still I wonder if that is the choice she has to make. Being right (or possibly wrong) but with openness, honesty and kindness - that's wise. I get concerned about women when they place kindness too far above other virtues. Women who speak their truth with kindness can make positive change. The power is in both truth and kindness.
