I too remember bookmobiles when I was growing up in the suburbs. They came during the summertime so parents didn't have to drive several miles to a library. Being an avid reader, I was always excited when it came by. A library was my first research center back in the 1960's. My Mom would take me down to find information for school projects. She'd come back in a few hours. I got to go across the street for a hamburger and root beer as a treat. Good memories.
