Bhagwad Gita says there are predominantly three ways of growing either through 'Gyan' or 'Bhakti' or 'Karma'. First two are mainly for self-development while the last one, which according to Swami Vivekanand is the most difficult but gives one an opportunity to give back ( 'tan', 'man' or 'dhan') whatever one can to the society. This path gives purpose in life. The only virtue needed is contentment for every aspect of life, health, wealth, education, looks, family, friends etc. because the other virtues like co-operation, lack of jealousy; greed and competition, empathy, compassion etc. flow from this main virtue. Happiness is possible only if one is contented. Bhupendra Madhiwalla
