Thank you. So gentle, so beautifully written and so very true. When we forgive we release ourselves. It may be a challenging process, but in the end it is worth it to release the hurt and pain. One of the most helpful images for me is: We are all tall children. It was helpful in my own journey when someone told me, forgiving does not mean condoning the action that hurt us. However it is releasing ourselves and the other and freeing our mind from the entanglement. Whew. Thank you again, we can all use these reminders. Thank you also for the list of actions we can take in being Forgivingly Fit and also the empathy building. Hugs from my heart to yours.

WHEN YOU TRULY UNDERSTAND (STAND UNDER WHAT THE OTHER IS GOING THROUGH) THERE IS NOTHING TO FORGIVE.
