Just a thought on # 4 Gather for Group Emergence Create a safe space for dialogue ... and also art sharing - visual, writing, music, performance etc. The creative arts establish inherent venues in real time and space for group-distillation, group-communication, and group-sharing of individual thoughts, emotions, insights, etc in a shared, experiential environment. The creative arts bring people together in ways that synthesis, embrace, and also transcend dialogue, yet their capacity to communicate "parallel ways of knowing - intuition, intellect, somatic awareness, respect for ancestral knowledge, regard for nature and physical space" can be not only effective, but palpable, dynamic, and over-the-top exciting! Just an additional consideration!
