Great idea folks. Love idea number 2. "Wait! Just wait". Thinking back to a hectic city job I used to have, some of the most relaxing parts of my day were waiting for train home from work while my phone was shut off. I mainly shut it off in-case of work calls so I wouldn't have to turn around and go back in, :). But the nice side effect was relaxation and a crazy amount of thoughts/ideas, solutions that no doubt would not have surfaced if I was glued to my phone.
