A very rich conversation that I feel privileged (through reading the transcript) to be able to 'sit in on.' And definitely one I look forward to revisiting in audio to hear the poems (as well as to hear about a long loving connection with dogs -- beautiful portrait at the start of the post!) Thank you Mary Oliver for sharing your gift of "convivial listening" with the world. And thank you Krista Tippett for opening my eyes to this body of work. How have I missed these poems all my life? Heading to the library tomorrow :)
