You are absolutely right! - That is the condition everyone can observe all around! That is indeed the condition of humans in their still primitive state of evolution, even though they see themselves as the 'crown of creation'! Of cause this is just the blown up self image of 'personalities'...
That you see this in your surrounding, tells that you are advanced in your 'awareness' as it includes 'self observation' and then as 'follow up' the work of cleaning up your own 'shit'.
