It is so true that in this age of unlimited choices we become overwhelmed more and more easily and fatigued over what are really insignificant choices which hinders making choices on much bigger issues or challenges. I went to the grocery store recently and heard a 50 something woman lament the nearly 20 choices of milk; she felt overwhelmed completely and it totally incapacitated her in that moment and she had Just begun her shopping. Imagine the other larger choices she needs to make and is already exhausted. Here's to at times fewer choices and the ability to discern what is truly important and what is not. Thank you for the article and the offer of further inquiry! HUG!
