So well said. I recently read Susan Cain's book (power of introvert in a world that can't stop talking. I see common threads between this post and Susan't work. Above all I think introversion is a natural temperament - that's how a person is probably neurologically wired, it's a natural predisposition. Introverts have given us so much - I have heard and read that Steve Jobs, Stephen Spielberg, Albert Einstein, Franklin Roosevelt, Mahatma Gandhiji very introverts among many others.
What juices me me up so much that there isn't anything that introverts can't do when it comes to engaging with others. There is support out there to learn and be comfortable in public settings as well... it's matter of cultivating right mindset and preparing for it ahead of time.
