Great article! I totally agree. I have heard Thich Nhat Hanh talk about the meditative practice of washing the dishes. I also read that Jiddu Krishnamurti enjoyed cleaning very much, people thought he was obsessive and nowadays, when I see myself doing the same, paying attention to my breathing and thoughts, I understand why those revered masters have done it: it's a form of meditation and in that meditation we see the change from dirty to clean and thus, our vision is delighted to see the change and the most fun part is that we actually never experience it as a burden but as a joy. The same goes for everything, cooking, walking, working....life is meditation!
