To limit ones behavior just to manipulations of ones body and mind is the most usual and the most rediculous possible! That's not so much different than taking drugs to be 'happy'. Instead of letting happen happiness as a result of ones individual *growing* process, - staying in ones erroneous, illusionary fake reality! Is there nobody who wants to wake up? Using all kind of tricks to stay firm in their straitjacket of personality and established mindset?
