So great to read about this. I didn't start training full-time in my field until I was 25, as a result, a lot of the elite 'bridging' programmes designed to transition people from student to professional were not open to me (with age caps at 28 or 30). As a result I had to enter the field of employment at a lower level, but at 32 am working full-time and hoping to be a late bloomer!
