I'm "on board" with so much of this article. Probably because it confirms my preconceptions. Then I hit the great graphic at the bottom and it stopped me in my tracks. Would I rather live in South Africa, The United Arab Emirates, India and the Philippines, or would I rather live in the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Hungary and the UK? There's some food for thought here, I'm not quite sure what the conclusion to be drawn is. Maybe, "Beware of surveys of gratitude, happiness, life satisfaction, etc.
