Good points. Also this recent shift in leadership training is nothing new.. It is actually a re-emergence of ideas that came into popularity around 35 years ago. The same person has put a new spin on it and had some help from the ivy league to get this going. So what.. It is better than nothing, and we are still left with the core problem to deal with at the personal level. The evil will more mindully lead to more destruction, and so will the good gain in their exploits.
