I don't find this advice particularly good. As I've woken up, I've discovered that it is far more important to be present to each moment and to take the time to engage in and enjoy the simplest activities in life, like going grocery shopping with my family. This practice has brought happiness to both myself and those around me. As a result, I've found that I am naturally more effective as a human being. In the past, I was constantly driven to achieve, be more productive and efficient, all needs that are born from ego and the delusion that we are separate.
