Compare the physical acts of a data entry operator to that of a CEO. The body does the same sort of stuff - sit at a desk, use the computer, talk to people, have meetings etc. etc. But look at the way the person values his/her task and the way the rest of the world values that task. The body does similar stuff - move, use senses etc etc but salary levels are different and this is connected to the perception of higher/lower. Man made mental structures!
The mental structures and value that has gotten assigned to jobs sap more "fulfillment" out of a job than anything else.
Joy of life and having joy for achieving tasks is an inside job. The boy who collects garbage in our locality has more enthusiasm for his work than anyone else I know. He cleans and washes his cycle he uses to transport any recyclable material he salvages from the piles of trash he collects.

Is this joy a gift/grace? I think it is.
