The first paragraph in this post is far too pessimistic. Why not start we live in a world where people in developing countries are becoming rich, where all the cultures are working in harmony despite the occasional differences, where nearly everyone can speak the same language (which is English), where we have the things that we didn't have 200 years ago?
A true leader, in my opinion, is optimistic and always see the glass half full. Maybe you should reconsider your pessimistic - doomsday - writing style.
