I like the idea people are tapping into their original nature at grassroots and great social entrepreneurs and leaders come from grassroots. They have difficulty to enter the mainstream discourse paradigm dominated by big money and hierarchy. How can a true dialogue happen face to face between these two levels of leaders though shared values, goals and a shared process? Wondering whether organizatons like MIT listens and plays from the periphery...
