Is it correct that you are providing a roadmap for liberating yourself from your pre-frontal cortex to access at-one-ment? If yes, it is indeed the essence of effective leadership--regardless of your position in an organization, family, or the world. However, there is a catch-22 in your roadmap--roadmaps are the possession of the prefrontal cortex. Therefore, as you are trying to use a map (you have at least two), you are trapped by the very mental processes you are trying to be liberated from.
