Such a great insight, Lisa! John Lennon said: "Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans." Some plans are useful, but most of them are extra and simply serve to keep the mind busy with useless chatter. That state of acceptance you refer to can be so delicious - alive to what is here right now and not worrying about what it should or shouldn't be. A beautiful starting point always....
