Bravo Shannon! So glad you're living more real life than virtual life. Like you I have media phobia. I'm concerned that it's contributing to the dramatic rise in anxiety, stress, and more serious mental health problems. We're just not built to take so much in without negative consequences to our optimal functioning. As animals, we need to be spending the majority of our time in touch with nature, with other people, in environments right around us, at real speeds.
