When we accomplish what we think we wanted to accomplish we may have left our greatest possibility along the wayside. It seems learning how to balance the curiosity and research gathering, the serendipitous and the inspired tangent along with a a modicum of measured directional flow aka getting the "it" done in a quantum arena will help our species navigate the future whereas the Newtonian, mechanistic, logarithmic process may tunnel us into hell.
