Great post. Thank you for sharing. Last Friday, I sent out an email to a few people at work and proposed an idea... that every day in the afternoon, we sit in silence and try to find stillness, and follow it with some light breathing exercises. So on Friday, there were only two of us meditating for 5 minutes, yesterday, the number increased to 4 people and 10 minutes! :) At the end of the 10 minutes, all of us only had good feelings to talk about that we experienced.
This morning, a couple of my co-workers even told me that the rest of their day after the meditation was positive and productive. I hope to see them all this afternoon.
