Just had someone who has OCD, drop some of there fears for a new more important one. Overthinking can lend itself greatly to this so we hope to learn to let go. Moving Meditation, Qi Gong and Tai Chi are wonderful examples of tools I encourage and have greatly helped me! As a kid I worried I couldn't keep this breathing thing up! My grandmother said "act like a rag doll" little did I know that this is the same as moving meditation: physically relaxing so the mind can follow!
