So compelling a read… on my 77th birthday you give me what I’ve avoided though my fear has also been laced with compassion for so many years… fear of homeless drove me to work with Prisoners… relief to find some from Jesus’words (“feed the hungry, clothe the naked, take in the stranger, care for the sick, visit the prisoners.” Haunted me … finally 17 years with women in prison healed some shame and reminded me of our kinship yet still…) this gift from you helps and restores wonder.
