Excellent!  This is something I have recently realized and am putting into practice although I didn't realize it had a name.  Flow!  My challenge just like you stated is bringing focus in and allowing the Flow to happen in those pieces of work that will be the most rewarding and hopefully impactful while allowing myself to fully enjoy the process.  Thanks for sharing!
