Okay, at first glance I’m like, “No way! I hate anxiety!” But this reflection is not about DSM5 anxiety, panic, etc. When worry arises out of general fear or a need to get something done, it can be a positive motivator. This is a useful article for any of us who experience anxiety or worry.
