As a therapeutic facilitator of Kintsugi the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold to highlight rather than hide the brokenness, I especially resonate with "There's a way not to be broken that takes brokenness to find it." As a survivor of multiple traumas starting in childhood and as someone who now works with other survivors to acknowledge and honor the brokenness and to explore the pieces, mend them, I feel deeply privileged to witness the layers of understanding and hope which can arise from looking more closely at what we might discover together.

That is so beautiful, Kristin. Thank you for
the good work you do…turning your pain into compassion and the brokenness into sources of light.
