This reflection at first seemed to reinforce the false view that Christianity teaches “… heaven as something that came after this life, a utopia that I had to be “good” on Earth to deserve” which conflicts with the teachings of Jesus. Though many modern churches warped Jesus’ teaching into such a simplistic ‘worthiness test,’ Jesus actually taught that heaven (the Kingdom of God) is here among us, NOW, in the living Presence, for those who have the eyes to see and ears to hear (awakened ones), and that there is no ‘worthiness test’ to ‘get into Heaven.’
The myth that Christianity says, “… if we follow the rules, (God) would grant us access to eternal heaven” after we die is rubbish. Jesus made it clear, as did the Buddha, that we can create for ourselves our own heaven or hell right here and now. Buddhism and Christianity are not at odds with one another! But remember, Jesus was not a Christian

I am dumbfounded by what you said. You said, "Jesus made it clear, as did the Buddha, that we can create for ourselves our own heaven or hell right here and now." You should have first near complete knowledge of a faith before giving your opinion. Jesus Christ also said, "I am going to the Father to prepare houses for you." You said, "Buddhism and Christianity are not at odds with one another." Did anyone else other than Jesus Christ taught to love one's enemies and pray for them?
