Thank you for honoring Ms Cy and her belongings and reminding us of the value of ancestors and heirlooms and generational history. I come from a practical family on my mother's side; I recall stories of her father burning the victrola for firewood, not because they were that desperate but because it was 'not a necessity' type piece.
