Thank you for sharing about the different ways of rest, helpful to see them all listed together. 🙏 I can attest to how much better I feel when I'm doing all 7 types consistently. Even recently, busy work schedule for 2 months had me feeling restless & sleep was elusive. In bringing back more meditation & quiet time (even 5 minutes at a time) + 4, 7, 8 breathing, reading books rather than my phone screen all added up to a more restful feeling. Thanks again!
