the old thinking compared to the new thinking confirms what in my heart I have felt but have not been able to speak to in previous roles I have held professionally, on boards or withing my groups. Community is a gift- I experienced this in the small town that I lived in where the diversity of my neighbor hold leveraged the strengthens families held and common vision to support, protect and care for each other.
