There are many 'incentives' to surrender. Are they all the same? Does succumb equal surrender? Force, fear, coercion, bullying, overpowering and losing vs a willingness to relinquish and give up the fight before the war even begins. Then the true challenge begins if we are to love and forgive the transgressors.

Must surrendering forego truth and justice? The torment is the practice.

Soul searching: Regarding every single action: Is it kind? Is it truthful? Is it necessary? Since all actions matter, they should be scrutinized by oneself. Moral or social? I guess we are to decide.
