A Walk In The Park
It might be more important than you think to take that stroll in the park: A recent study suggests that walking in nature might actually benefit your brain. The study, published in Psychological Science and conducted by University of Michigan researchers, found that when people spent time in nature, as opposed to an urban environment, their attention and memory improved.
