Homeless World Cup

Imagine a World Cup played only by homeless players. Well, it's happening in Cape Town in less than 2 months! Mel Young, social entrepreneur and co-founder of the Homeless World Cup, says, "It creates a different environment. In Edinburgh last year, homeless people were playing football in the same square in which they'd been begging. They'd been spat at, the police had hassled them -- all we did was to put up a stand and say 'let's play football', and all of a sudden the place was full of people cheering instead."
